Nizar joined Omada IM in 2022 as Partner.
 
Nizar began his career in 2004 at Eurazeo as an Analyst, in charge of managing a portfolio of 35 private equity funds mainly in Europe and the U.S.
 
In 2006, Nizar joined Amundi Private Equity Funds, as an Investment Manager. He worked there for 12 years, becoming a senior member of the investment team and a member of the Investment Committee. His responsibilities included private equity fund of funds management, sourcing, deal flow analysis, transaction execution and investor relations.
 
In 2017, Nizar became Investment Director and member of the Investment Committee at portfolio management company Essling Capital. For nearly 3 years, he oversaw fund management for private equity, debt and infrastructure funds. In February 2021, he joined Committed Advisors as Director in charge of the primary investment activity.
 
Nizar is a graduate of Université Paris X and holds an MBA in finance

Paul-Philippe joined Omada IM in 2025 as a Partner.

He has nearly 20 years of experience in equity investments and structured financing dedicated to private equity funds.

He began his career as a financial auditor at Mazars before joining the leveraged finance Large Cap team of Société Générale CIB in 2007. He spent 12 years with Société Générale CIB financing team between Paris and London and specialized in the TMT sector for 5 years.
In 2019, he joined the Large Cap direct investment team of Bpifrance Investissement (AUM > €20 bn) and became a member of the management committee in 2022.

Between 2019 and 2025, he was involved in numerous investments (over €1.6 bn in equity capital deployed) and divestments on behalf of Bpifrance. He led investments in both listed and unlisted companies, including Anjac, Elis, Exclusive Networks, EssilorLuxottica, Imdev, Mediawan, Socotec, SPIE, SRS, and Sulo. Paul-Philippe also represented Bpifrance on the governance bodies of eight portfolio companies (listed and unlisted).

Louis joined Omada IM in 2022 as an Analyst. As part of the investment team, Louis actively participates in the execution of investment transactions and monitors portfolio companies.

Before joining Omada IM, Louis had a first experience in Private Equity at Ekkio Capital.

Louis holds a Master’s degree in corporate finance from Paris Dauphine University.

Camille joined Omada IM in 2022 as an Analyst. As part of the investment team, Camille actively participates in the execution of investment transactions and monitors portfolio companies.

Before joining Omada IM, Camille’s first professional experience was in corporate finance at Maison Crivelli.

Camille is a graduate of ESSEC Business School and Bocconi University.

François joined Omada IM in July 2025 as an Analyst.

Within the investment team, François is actively involved in executing investment transactions and monitoring portfolio companies.

Before joining Omada IM following an internship, François gained initial experience in the finance department of Société Générale, and then continued his career in mergers and acquisitions at Greenhill & Co.

François is a graduate of ESCP Business School.

Elise joined Omada IM in 2024 as a Finance Director.

Elise began her career in 2014 at Crédit Mutuel Nord Europe as an Asset-Liability Management Analyst, where she prepared financial reports for Crédit Mutuel and its Belgian subsidiaries, while overseeing various regulatory requirements.

In 2016, Elise joined PwC’s Asset Management team, where she conducted audit and certification assignments (ISAE 3402, GIPS) for leading French funds and asset management firms.

In June 2018, Elise joined Access Capital Partners, where she worked for six years. Initially serving as Senior Middle Officer in the buyout fund-of-funds product line, Elise was promoted to Manager in 2020. In this role, she supervised a team of fifteen and was responsible for the valuation of underlying funds invested in by various fund structures. In January 2023, Elise became Director of the Buyout Fund-of-Funds Middle Office, leading and participating in cross-functional projects (IT initiatives, secondary transactions, valuation committees, cash flow forecasting, etc.) and representing her department to institutional clients.

Elise holds a degree from IÉSEG School of Management.

Vincent joined Omada IM in November 2024 as a Financial Controller.

Within the Finance team, Vincent is actively involved in the administrative and financial monitoring of the funds, cash management, client portfolio analysis, the preparation of reporting, and contributes to the implementation of new IT tools.

Before joining Omada IM, Vincent gained initial experience in corporate finance at LFE Partners.

Vincent is a graduate of NEOMA Business School.
