Complaints

Any complaint can be addressed to the investor relations service via the following email address: contact@omada.fr or by mail to the attention of the Investor Relations Service of Omada Investment Managers, 50 Rue de Monceau, 75008 Paris.

The management company will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within a maximum of ten (10) business days from its receipt, unless a response is sent to you within this period. Unless duly justified circumstances, a response will be provided within two (2) months from the receipt of your complaint. In the event of a persistent disagreement, the client has the option to contact the mediator of the Financial Markets Authority:

• or by contacting the mediator by mail: Autorité des marchés financiers, La Médiation, 17, place de la Bourse 75082 Paris Cedex 02.
