Paris, July 21, 2025 – To support its continued development, Omada IM is pleased to announce the strengthening of its team with the arrivals of Paul-Philippe Bernier, Vincent Hollander, and François Grison.

Paul-Philippe Bernier joined Omada IM in June 2025 as Co-Managing Partner. He brings nearly 20 years of experience in equity investment and structured financing for Private Equity funds. He joins Nizar Chayeb to support the firm’s development.

Prior to joining Omada IM, Paul-Philippe spent six years in the Large Cap team at Bpifrance Investissement, where he led over 10 direct investments, primarily in the TMT, business services, industrial, and healthcare sectors. He was notably involved in investments in both listed and unlisted companies such as Anjac, Elis, Exclusive Networks, EssilorLuxottica, Imdev, Mediawan, Socotec, SPIE, SRS, and Sulo. He also represented Bpifrance on the boards of eight companies.

In May 2025, Vincent Hollander joined Omada IM’s finance department, headed by Elise Antonmattei. Before joining Omada IM, Vincent gained initial experience in corporate finance at LFE Partners.

François Grison joined Omada IM in July 2025 as an Analyst, after successful experiences at Greenhill & Co and Société Générale. He joins the investment team alongside Louis Charon, Investment Associate.

These new additions reflect Omada IM’s commitment to addressing the growing demand from its community of entrepreneur-investors for private market investment solutions, both in France and internationally, and to broadening its investor base while maintaining its “club” identity.
